Cooks & Books: Itamar and Sarit for Honey & Co Daily

Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer opened their first Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant, Honey & Co. in 2012. They have since added a deli, Honey & Spice, a grill house, Honey & Smoke, and now Honey & Co. Daily, a deli, bakery and cafe.

They have a recipe column in the FT Weekend magazine. Their first cookbook Honey & Co The Cookbook was named Cookbook of the Year by The Sunday Times, and was the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Awards Cookery Book of the Year, and won the The Guild of Food Writer's Award Winner for Best First Book.

Itamar and Sarit join us to talk, demo & dish out tasters from their new cookbook Honey & Co Daily. This is a book all about food that looks good on the plate and tastes sensational, but hasn't taken all day to prepare.
