This autumn we’re hosting critically-acclaimed crime writer Ian Rankin! We’ll be launching his new book, Even Dogs in the Wild, as part of our inaugural Autumn Festival – and with a publication date of November 5th, our audience will be the very first to get their hands on the book!
Bringing together two of Rankins’ most beloved protagonists Even Dogs in the Wild is a dark exploration of our deepest instincts and desires. John Rebus, a begrudgingly retired cop who pines for the excitement of his former life, teams up with long-standing sidekick DI Siobhan Clarke to help solve the murder of a senior Edinburgh lawyer. Meanwhile, Rebus’ nemesis, Big Ger Cafferty, seems to be next on the hit list. Can Rebus and Clarke piece the puzzle together and track down the killer?
Ian Rankin is a multi-award winning author and has published over twenty-five works of fiction. In 2000, he received an Honary Doctorate from the University of St Andrews and was recently elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Be sure to join us for what promises to be a thrilling evening of crime, intrigue and mystery, and meet the man behind some of modern crime’s greatest thrillers!
**Early Bird Places have booked out – but we still have £8 seats available, remember this is redeemable against the book!**
