Tom Kerridge is one of our favourite chefs, and his 2015 event with us was a highlight of the literary festival. We’re delighted to be welcoming him back to celebrate the publication of Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet, a brilliant recipe book that focuses on low carbohydrate foods, but with an emphasis on the flavours and texture that release the ‘happy hormone’, dopamine, when we taste them. Tom’s ‘dopamine heroes’ include dairy products such as double cream and yoghurt, good-quality meats including beef, chicken and turkey, and chocolate, coffee and vanilla. If you’re looking to change your eating in the new year, but don’t want to compromise on flavour or the joy you get from your food, you need to come and hear from Tom. He is always a joy to listen to as well as a food authority.
