Tom Kerridge worked as a chef in restaurants across Britain before deciding to set out on his own and take over a rundown pub in the quiet Buckinghamshire town of Marlow. His previous books include the bestselling Tom’s Table and Lose Weight for Good, for which we held fabulous events. In 2021 Tom launched the game-changing Full Time Meals campaign with Marcus Rashford and in 2022 he will be a judge on Great British Menu.
