What a pleasure it is to be welcoming Sabrina Ghayour to the bookshop for the first time!

Sabrina is the author of the award-winning, Sunday Times bestselling cookbook Persiana. She’ll be joining us this summer for her all-new collection, Persiana Everyday, a book filled with recipes for generous, inviting, crowd-pleasing cooking for friends and family. These are all wonderfully flavourful, easy dishes – including no-cook, quick-prep, quick-cook and one-pot recipes.

Join us for an evening of tasters and a live cookery demo – think fried feta parcels with honey; speedy lamb shawarma; and sticky tamarind, garlic & tomato green beans. This is going to be a real treat and we can’t wait to hear from the Persiana and Simply cook herself! We do hope you can join us.
