Letitia Clark, author of Bitter Honey, joins us to celebrate her new book of Italian baking. Inspired by her time spent living in Sardinia, Letitia brings together her favourite recipes for Italian deserts, celebrating the country’s artistry, sugar, sensuality and joy. Think poached peaches with rose geranium & vermentino; red wine roasted figs; and roasted apricot, almond, orange and mascarpone cheesecake – it truly is a slice of Italian sunshine, collected together in this beautiful peachy cookbook.

Letitia will be demonstrating how to bake a few of her favourite recipes from the book, and there will be plenty of tasting opportunities along the way. This will be the perfect foray from the end of summer into the beginning of autumn, when these delectable Italianate puddings will transport us to sunnier climes as our British summertime comes to a close.
