Letitia Clark, author of Bitter Honey, joins us to celebrate her new book of Italian baking. Inspired by her time spent living in Sardinia, Letitia brings together her favourite recipes for Italian deserts, celebrating the country’s artistry, sugar, sensuality and joy.
