For this month's pick for our Feminist Fiction Reading Group, we are diving into the short story collection Her Body and Other Parties by Carmen Maria Machado. Shortlisted for both The National Book Award Prize in 2017 and the International Dylan Thomas Prize in 2018, this beautiful yet provocative set of short stories delves into all sorts of genres, but all surrounding feminist themes surrounding women's relationships to their bodies. This book is perfectly set up for multiple avenues for discussion, so this is surely not one to miss!
