Since the Mead family bought their first farm in 1961, they have worked tirelessly to produce food ethically and sustainably. The well-earned success of this family-owned business is astonishing. Yeo Valley’s Somerset headquarters now runs talks, tours, workshops and even a Yeoversity, teaching schoolchildren about farming, sustainability and the surrounding countryside. Their first book, The Great British Farmhouse Cookbook, is a beautifully presented collection of over 100 delicious recipes, taking us on a seasonal journey through the English countryside, from delicious summer soups and salads to warming winter fare like roasts, pies and crumbles.

Sarah Mayor will be here to tell the Yeo Valley story: come and learn about the future of sustainable British agriculture, taste some delicious home-grown dishes, and show your support for some of our most hardworking and inspiring local farmers.
