Vietnamese Cookery with Van Tran and Anh Vu

Vietnam is a land of wonderful markets, and its vibrant cuisine reflects a rich cultural history: cleansing noodle soups, succulent caramelized pork, zingy salads and sweet coffee, as well as the banh mi, the Vietnamese take on the traditional French baguette. It is a cuisine that’s becoming increasingly popular over here – but few of us know how to cook it ourselves.

Street-food entrepreneurs Van Tran and Anh Vu are here to show us how it’s done. Their stall at London’s Broadway Market has already won multiple awards, and their new book The Vietnamese Market Cookbook is full of appetising ideas. Van and Anh will be demonstrating some of their delicious recipes for us to try – come and experience their market vibe!
