We're thrilled to welcome back our favourite Japanophile, Tim Anderson who will chat and cook from his newest cookbook JapanEasy Kitchen: Simple Recipes Using Japanese Pantry Ingredients.

Tim Anderson shares delightfully easy recipes, with a core selection of go-to Japanese ingredients: miso, soy sauce, sake, mirin & rice vinegar, kombu & katsuobushi, rice & noodles, tofu, yuzu juice, ponzu & yuzu koshō and curry roux, as well as tea and other beverages.

Using these widely available items, you’ll learn to make mains, sides, sweets, and drinks. Tim Anderson is a chef, writer and MasterChef champion. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Tim has been studying Japanese food culture for more than two decades. He has previously published nine cookbooks, including the JapanEasy series, Hokkaido, and the award-winning Tokyo Stories.
