Curious about veganism but worried about your insatiable cravings for butter and cheese? What if you could test it out over a week, with a ready-made meal plan and affordable shopping list?

In 7 Day Vegan Challenge, Bettina Campolucci Bordi shows that with a little bit of planning, anyone can go vegan for a week. Her delicious meals combine budget-friendly ingredients with big flavours that won’t leave you feeling hungry, or like you’re missing out.  These vibrant mealtime and snack solutions will leave even the most carnivorous cynic embracing vegetables, and ditching meat for good!

With her wildly successful blog, Bettina’s Kitchen, her Balinese retreats and workshops, Bettina Campolucci Bordi is also the author of Happy Food and is an ambasador for a healthier plant-based, waste-free lifestyle. She was born in Denmark but brought up in Tanzania to a Norwegian father and Danish-Bulgarian mother. After working in the food industry for 10 years, and being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and endometriosis, Bettina quit her job and researched natural ways to heal her body and mind.
