Sean Borodale’s Human Work – A Poet’s Cookbook is the follow-up to his much-lauded début collection Bee Journal, which was shortlisted for the 2012 T S Eliot Prize. This is a stunning collection of poems about the rites, rituals and adventures of cooking.
