The charming, passionate Brittany-born baker has changed the way we look at bread forever with his award-winning books, Dough and Crust. His renowned cookery school here in Bath attracts foodies from all over the world and he has recently opened an elegant new bakery and cafe.
This evening we celebrate his beautiful new book, Pastry – with delicious tastings: salé, sucré, puff and choux. Pastry should be in everyone’s kitchen.
