The rising star of Middle Eastern food, Iranian born Sabrina Ghayour creates her hugely successful Persian Supper Clubs at the National Gallery, Modern Pantry and Grain Store.
Her new book Persiana is a celebration of the food and flavours from the shore regions of the Mediterranean Sea. Recipes include Chicken, Walnut & Pomegranate Stew, Lamb & Sour Cherry Meatballs, and Pomegranate Tabbouleh cups.
