This month we are reading a Ugandan epic. Kintu is a glorious, engrossing sweep through generations of a family as they struggle to free themselves of a curse. Comparable to One Hundred Years of Solitude or last year’s Homegoing, this is the kind of book that benefits from having the family tree at the beginning.
Our reading group is a lovely, relaxed and dynamic mix of friendly people who all love reading. Whether you are a casual reader or a voracious consumer of literature, you are more than welcome to join us. There will be wine, a plethora of nibbles and great conversation.
