Bath Country Walk with Andrew Swift

Bath is surrounded by countryside of extraordinary beauty and diversity, much of it little changed since the city’s 18th-century heyday. Local expert and passionate walker and explorer of Bath’s fascinating landscape, Andrew Swift, will be taking us on a country walk starting from the Bookshop (where we will meet at 10am for coffee and cake) before starting up the Northern Slopes of the city. The walk will last approximately 2 hours and finish again with refreshments at the Bookshop.

Please be aware that it is necessary to wear sturdy walking boots, and that the walk involves some fairly strenuous ascents, uneven paths, and steep steps. Places for this event are limited, so do book early to avoid disappointment!
