Start Time

Friends since they met as apprentices in a Paris cooking school in the early 80s, New Yorker and food journalist Jane Sigal, and Bath-based artist Jessica Palmer (illustrator, and author of The Art of Papercutting), share experiences about collaborating across the pond on Jane’s recent book, Bistronomy: Recipes from the Best New Paris Bistros.
They will cook and talk about their shared passion for food, art and Paris. There will be some delicious tasters from Bistronomy and a chance to dabble with colour in Jessica’s new book, Tangle Bay – the follow-up to her bestselling Tangle Wood!
