Leading Copenhagen chef and food writer Trine Hahnemann returns to Bath to cook and chat about her latest book Scandinavian Green – a beautiful and inspiring year of recipes.

Trine gives a wonderful cookery demo and she’ll talk about the genesis of this book, eating green, sustainable living and why she absolutely loves cooking vegetables.

In this timely book there are so many dishes that make fruit and vegetables shine brightly: really great Rye bread, Summer and Winter Smorrebrod, Veggie Carbonarra with Black Kale, Baked Onions stuffed with Spinach, Cauliflower Gratin and the classic Danish Lemon Mousse amongst many.
