Raymond Blanc OBE is one of the world’s most highly regarded chefs, his legendary hotel and restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is the only British country house hotel to sport two Michelin stars for more than three decades and he famously mentors many leading head chefs across the world. This evening he will share his passion, philosophy and ethos – what inspires him, and how he inspires others to think and care as he does.
Entirely self-taught, his love for food was sparked at an early age by the terroir of his native Franche-Comte. Set in the rolling Oxfordshire hills, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has become a bastion of haute cuisine and a beacon of l’art de vivre.
