One of our favourites here in the bookshop, Gill Meller is the perfect guide in the kitchen. Having worked closely with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall as part of the River Cottage team, Gill brings masses of experience to all of his cooking and recipe writing.

Following GatherĀ and Time, books alive to the seasons and the turning of the year, Gill joins us with Root, Stem, Leaf, Flower. He turns his attention to fruits and vegetables, offering up 120 vegetarian recipes that utilise the best fresh produce, whether the hearty roots of winter or the freshest fruits of summer, to create truly satisfying dishes.
