Chef, food writer, MasterChef champion, Tim Anderson – of Nanban and JapanEasy fame – is one of our most prominent voices on Japanese/American food. His newest passion project is Tokyo Stories where he takes inspiration from the chefs, shopkeepers, and home cooks of Tokyo to showcase both traditional and cutting-edge takes on classics like sushi, ramen, yakitori, and tempura.
