Enjoy a glass of champagne and a delicious three-course lunch, followed by coffee and petit fours in the restaurant which Michael himself established in 2009. After lunch he will be talking about his unique style of cooking, his life experiences and culinary adventures, as well as answering your questions.
Michael’s eye for detail and innovative dishes have earned him numerous awards and Michelin stars. His flagship restaurant, Gidleigh Park in Devon, was voted second only to Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck as Britain’s best restaurant. Michael Caines at Home is his first book, which contains nearly 100 exciting, delicious recipes for cooking at home, distilled from a lifetime of passionate cooking.
Michael will also be signing copies of his book. Please do note that this event with go on until 4pm, so do leave enough time to enjoy it to the full.
