Head chef and co-founder of the award-winning, Kricket, Will Bowlby is one of Britain’s most talented young chefs. His passion began with his grandmother’s East African curry lunches and led him to working with Jamie Oliver, Rowley Leigh and at Mumbai’s famous Khyber. He takes the many layered Indian palate and creates authentic dishes with a modern European influence. Kricket quickly attained a cult following from Michel Roux Jr, Pierre Koffmann, Nuno Mendes and Anna Hanson.

In his exciting cookbook you will discover new ways to marry classic Indian flavours with everyday foods – Crab Scotch Egg with Moilee Sauce, spicy Goan Sausage Roll served with Pickled Red Onions and Curry Leaf Mayo, Sunday Lunch-style Kid Goat Raan with a comforting Burnt Garlic Tarka Dhal, or the street food favourite Bhel Puri, a staple snack on Kricket’s restaurant menu. A summer cookery highlight!
