Joanna Blythman

Joanna Blythman, Britain’s leading investigative food journalist and winner of four Glenfiddich awards, will be joining us to discuss her latest book, Swallow This. With unprecedented access to the food processing industry, she throws light on the the producers of many of our daily staples, from ready-meals to washed salads, providing the public with a rare insight into this sometimes rather secretive world. Joanna is a terrific speaker and a distinguished voice to add to the University’s Green Week discussions of all things sustainable. Come with questions!
