Lunch with Sabrina Ghayour

Sabrina Ghayour is one of our most exciting new cooks: her first book, Persiana, was a huge hit, winning the coveted Observer Food Monthly ‘Best New Cookbook’ prize in 2014. It celebrated the flavours of the Middle-East, bringing the flavours of Persian cookery to life in a way that was accessible to even the most inexperienced cooks. Sabrina will be joining us for a gorgeous lunch (produced by your booksellers!) taken from her new book, Sirocco, which promises to bring fabulous flavours from the East. We can’t wait to try out Sabrina’s recipes for ourselves, and to hear from her about the food of the Middle-East in person
