To celebrate his latest book Levi Roots: Food for Friends the charismatic chef and dragon slayer will be returning to the bookshop for a talk complete with tastings. His new book brings a Caribbean twist to traditional English cookery with innovative recipes including Cuban roast pork and Caribbean spiced Shepherd’s Pie.
